Clients have full ownership of the gallery shared with them, alongside the right to share, download, and utilize the photos and videos as they desire.

Clients agree to give Berith Han full access to the content created to post, monetize, and share unless stated otherwise before shoot agreements.

Clients will have full access to the galleries without watermarks for up to 90 days post receiving the gallery. The watermarks protect the ownership and copyrights of the photos, and clients may request specific photos via email after the watermarks have been added.
